We start the tour at the source of the river Molino and, following the old Moorish irrigation channels that wind through the valley, we will head towards the white village of Istán passing through a beautiful forest of cork oaks, one of the most emblematic trees in Andalusia. We will arrive at the white village of Istán where the irrigation channels turn into beautiful fountains that supply the village with drinking water, taking the water even more prominence in the large village fountain and old washing place. After crossing the village and enjoying the walk through its small and narrow streets, we head towards the area of the orchards and the old flour mills. In this area of spectacular beauty, we will take a walking route through the orchards and terraces, we will walk through the irrigation channels, we will visit old threshing floors where the wheat used to be vented and where you will enjoy panoramic views of the white village of Istán and its large reservoir of La Concepción.

Après avoir profité de ce tour dans la zone nord, nous retournerons au village pour visiter la place centrale, son église et là nous ferons l’arrêt le plus important ; la dégustation des tapas typiques des villages blancs d’Andalousie.
